What is a preorder?

We offer a selection of color options for preorder on our yarn. The preorder will be open for a short period of time, after which orders will close, and we will start dyeing the colors. Delivery time will be shared with the preorder details and will vary from collection to collection. Don’t miss your chance to get your favorite colors—place your order before the deadline.

Will my yarn look exactly like the photos?

Hand-dyed yarn is truly special because each skein is unique in its own way. We follow the same meticulous recipes for each colorway and uphold high-quality standards to ensure color consistency, but various factors in the dyeing process can lead to slight variations. These small differences, whether in hue or saturation, add a certain charm and individuality to every skein, ensuring that each project made from our yarn is distinctive and one of a kind. When making larger projects we recommend alternating skeins.

What are Greener Shades Dyes?

Greener shades are low impact non-toxic acid dyes produced without heavy metals. You can read more about them here

Are all of your yarns organic?

Only yarns that are explicitly specified in the description and clearly marked as organic are officially labeled as such. This includes various acid dyed yarns, where the final product employs dyes that are recognized as organic, as well as textiles that have been certified to be free of harmful substances. These standards are put in place to ensure that our materials meet the highest quality and environmental criteria. Whenever possible we choose organic, non-gmo, and environmentally friendly materials.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping times may vary and are subject to the delivery service used for transportation. Each order will include a shipping notification once it has been processed and is ready for dispatch. In-stock items will typically ship within a timeframe of 1 to 2 business days, ensuring a prompt delivery when possible.
